Dr. Zita Seshie is the founding Executive Director of Luminare Consult. A sociologist, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion specialist, and community engagement advisor, Dr. Seshie brings research expertise in race, gender and the social determinants of health.
Under her guidance, Luminare brings an evidence-based approach to organizational and leadership development. The work helps groups and institutions move from intention to action with tangible, measurable outcomes.
